Had an interesting weekend this weekend.
Saturday morning started with a photo-shoot of dogs. Five to be exact (with 4 others to be photo-shopped in at various points in the process).
I have never shot that many animals before so it was very interesting to me. Learned a few things about the shoot.
1. Pets (and small children from what I understand) can NOT be reasoned with.
2. Artistic License has no place in a commissioned shoot until AFTER the shots are delivered that the client wants (luckily I think I'm gonna be ok with this one).
3. Always pack toys that smell good and make interesting noises (I think this holds true for animals and small children).
I do think the shoot went well, and the pix were well received for the most part (I'll post some here when the final product has been delivered).
I did to a set of 'after the shoot' shots. Those can be found here (http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=68898&id=1422790453&l=688502cec9)
I also shot 100+ photos at Tommy's soccer tournament. Those can be found here (http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=68925&id=1422790453&l=4ba2aae99a)
I actually had some good action shots (but still getting used to dialing in action settings, cheated a bit and used the pre-sets).
I think though, out of all of the shots this weekend, the shot below is my favorite.
And with that, I'm off to bed.
Night.
